well, its is not going to work with a monitor, not enough space in there.
but there will be some life in it, ill post that when that plan is figured out 

The monitor surrounding is more than good for this mini, but to repro it fullsize, i did not managed to get it perfectly stitched.
But i am a happy man with this ! :



Do you think you can get the other graphics digitalised this or next week ?

if not, i'll just wait more, i am very happy you will take your time to scan and photograph it for me !

Yeah, the second scan came out much better

I have a few close up photos of the marque to upload and have the CP here to dissassemble so I can scan the overlay fully. I'm hoping to get those done by the end of the week.

Not quite sure if the monitor glass will scan. If not, might have to be some close photos for that. Anyone have any pointers for scanning glass?

i can "rebuild" the glass , i saw that its a pattern so if you can give me one part of the pattern and the size of the glass, then i can reconstruct it very easy.

back to the build..

done some details like the upper part including "marquee hole"..

note the beautifull control panel art done by my little helper  




looks like everything fits together..




so after creating the missing part in the front under the CP i glued it together..



i guess you know the next step already..  yes indeed time to dry

Note that this is displayed at 500%...

Look at the guideline left and right without rotating/tilting the picture :

i think it will be finished soon because this one is not too dificult..

the biggest part is done, just i need to copy this 7 times and rotate it into place, and some minor "corners"
