this is a nice little tool to build your futur or existent game room.
i did mine and it look great.

almost close to reality, some dimention are wrong, but this give you an idea of what's going on  

ps: numb 2 and 3 legend is inverse ...

Nice plans.. but just a suggestion.. Never EVER NEVER put a bathroom or anything with running water that can possibly leak or flood your game room..  Never have a trash can or leave food/drinks either..   I've had personal disasters at my current residence.. and right now I'm building my gameroom, and I"m making sure this never happens again.  Just a suggestion to all out there... :idea:   If you gotta go.. go back in the house! LOL
