A skip and a hop to Holland/Belgium...

Well, finally the day came wher i was going to pick up the Bezerk.. (and what a day!)

My mobile woke me at 03.33, and the night before i had prepped everything, almost....
In the car, and the famous "start" pic..







The entrance to the Elbtunnel...



and inside...  :o... :P



Holand´s famous windmill´s...



and fianally the sun breaked through the clouds..



.. and as soon as that happend, everyone found their balloon, and fired it up...



I totally missed the Dutch border, so this is the only shot i have..
Though, good to know the speed´s...  ::)

and, the day turned out to pretty good! nice and sunny!





and finally, arraived at Andre´s place, almost..

The final stage:

Left from Andre´s place at 04.54 this morning, not only was i tired, it also rained!!! hmmm  :-\



Some windmill´s... Green Enerygi Baby!!!


So, on my way, and i don´t why, but the GPS is not leading me the same way home, 10+ road works (60-80 kmt)
also there was a limit to the speed in Germany  :evil: :evil: :evil:


Hamburg harbor... spedition.










And the Elbtunnel from the other side...


Finally in Denmark, no improvement in the weather...  :-[


And the final pic, when i noticed the km counter i had a bit of a laugh! - it´s like the Donkey Kong game, when that reach 999990 it´s rolling over, apparently the counter here does too...  ;D ;D ;D


So, the number short....:
The Countries: 7...! (Denmark-Germany-Holland-Belgiun-Holland-Germany-Denmark)
17 Hours on the road..
2052,4 KM driven....! (average speed 120km/t)
Now i´ll go take a nap!

Wow, what a trip, must be a record  :o  Glad to see that you got home safe and sound. But why the picture of the church, did you say a prayer?

...funny, this game is EXACTLY the same than EGGS, but the sprites are just different :



I always wondered which was the original version?

But my fav' one is SCRAMBLED EGG because it's the one I played inside a bar/pub... long time ago  :P

congrats on breaking the 2k barrier on a singel roadtrip - what a hell of a ride! your next goal is to do the same thing non-stop  ;)

it's wonderful to see that berzerk at your place, hopefully andré will get our boards up and running! in the meantime: good luck in finding an original joystick for it, you could ask "andre's best friend steve", i'm sure he's going to send it to you FOR FREE all the way from australia to denmark  :twisted:

Well, i know it´s been a while since someone posted here, but my Berzerk finally reached 100%... 100% you think, well, mine was the only one without the famous Bat joystick..... :-\
Luckily i won an auction on ebay a while ago, so now it´s complete....

nothing to see equals great packing!!! :spaceace:


The Bat stick:


He unscrewed the joystick from the CP, so it wouldent break or something douing it´s trip here...


And this CP is in far better condition that the one thet was on the machine...

Game on! - oh, and the stik works perfectly! the 45 degrees angles are easy to hit!
