In few weeks, I'll leave for the Big Apple  :-*

I've already been there few years ago... but I wasn't as crazy as today regarding 'ArcadeLifeStyle' way of live  :roll: ;) :P ;D

So, any good advices ?

I've already booked tickets for the One Women Show's Carrie Fisher 'Wishful Drinking' on Broadway ... ok this is not really ArcadeLifeStyle.. but... it's Star Wars stuff, so it counts for me  :P  ;D

Other than the usual sites to see in NYC, (Times Square, Statue Of Liberty, Ground Zero etc)  I don't know of any Arcade Lifestyle places to visit, but you never know... There might be a Joystix equivalent there..  Have fun!   :D

Its about 300 miles (485 Km.)

we have seen you do longer roadtrips  ;D

I absolutely agree with Etienne. If at all possible go to Funspot.

It is the Mekka for us arcade game collectors. It's where world records are set each year. It's the BIGGEST collection of classic arcade videogame in the world.

I know you will NOT regret it :D

But... where is Twin Galaxies ? Cannot find the address... Do you think it's still an arcade game room yet? Cannot find this information on their website  :oops:

they where in ottumwa idaho (got that from the king of kong and chasing ghosts)
i belief they are closed...

Bruno, when you go to Funspot, first print out this (at home) and clip the coupon out:

Then, go to the cash register near the bowling alley, and you get an extra 50 free coins when you pay $20 !!!!!

That means for only $20,- you get 150 tokens !!! All the classics are only 1 token per game !
