I got them all. I still have to add them in the 'collectibles/items' section of this site by the way 

I'm in touch with Voicehorn on Arcadecontrols for the vectors file. I hope to catch it soon in order to print a HUGE poster to display in my game room

Yep, he told me that it's the front cover. I have the vector file and I can e-mail it to you if you want ? I've fixed up the background he said he had a issue with.
