I have here a phoenix Centuri PCB with the following problem.
The PCb starts, I have a tone, and one hears this the play works.
Only unfortunately, I have nobody, or, however, only briefly a picture this freezes.
With measurement in the quartz the picture changes, however, remains static.
The electricity supply +5V +12V are OK
