Philips VP380 Laser Disc PLayer / doesn't spin anymore :-W

I'm trying to figure out what's wrong on my (no more) spare Philips VP380 Laser Disc Player unit.

Here's the model I'm talking about :

When I insert a disc, you can see the lens/beam moving under it, but the disc itself doesn't spin at all. What could be wrong at this point? A belt, the motor, ? 
I'm not sure if that LDP is a pal, ntsc, or pal/ntsc player, but I tried both format, and ... same result : the disc doesn't spin!

Yeps, not the same player and not the same problem If I remember well (his LDP can spin the disc but the lens can't get focus... mirror problem I would say?)

If the optical pickup doesn't achieve focus, the motor will not be started (disc will not spin). Try to clean the lenses. But be careful: there is an angled mirror down into the optical block that needs to be cleaned as well and it is not an easy task.

I wonder if you managed to repair the Philips VP380 back in 2015?

My VP380 needs a repair too, and if you could share some more details
about how you fixed the player, this could be very helpful.
