Found the pcb, it is an original Zaccaria, repaired by Irongiant, fully working.
There is a small piece missing from the pcb, too bad that it is a piece from the ZZZ.




About the manual, I have some original italian for the Universal Type, I think you can use a part of that.(the last few pages is for the Zelco games, Quasar and Astro Wars.)




I made some pics from my Phoenix cab's inside, I'm almost sure, that the Starsplash upright is exactly the same.(except for the edge connector pinout).

I only have the marquee scan from Paul, but it is the flat version for the mini cab.

I found that scan thank you but my marquee is in discrete condition... Ok, I'll proceed on my own.
this is the CP. I had to cut the rusted screws to remove the plexi.
Once I have the vector file I'll post it.

correct, i have changed server recently but i will fix that soon for you

if you can, please scan the eye from the marquee, that looks much better quality than on that CP.

I have vector templates for the CP if you like.
