- serial nr. 815, except for nr. 171 that is owned by my friend Robin this is the lowest serial nr. known
- brand new Wells-Gardner monitor
- original side and kick art, some (initials) scratches and wear, nothing bad though
- all metal parts powder coated
- joystick custom welded so there is absolutely NO up/down play on it
- glass bezel
- brand new tinted inner bezel
- new buttons, all original leafs inside though !
- CPO repro by This Old Game. I'll include an extra one that has some mistakes removed, for the really anal....
- marquee original but in nice condition, some tiny holes though
- new black-leathered t-molding (AS IT WAS ORIGINALLY ON THESE EARLY SERAIL NRS, SEE THE FLYER)
- inside monitor area freshly painted
- inside tops freshly painted white
- top has some cig burn marks
- marquee area is lit with the original fluorescent set-up so NO incadescent bulbs
On the lower side of the kick area there is the usual wear and tear. I'll include a repro kickplate art from This Old Game if you want, but I couldn't get myself installing it because it doesn't have the original structure on the vinyl and as time passes in this hobby I learned to prefer original over perfectly restored....but it's up to the buyer if he wants to use it or not....
This machine was played by World Record holder Aart van Vliet during his try to improve his own WR @ Eurocade 2012.
I quote Aart: "André's Galaxian played like a dream".
