Answers my friends !

We discussed these questions this weekend and came up with the following:
1) Cabs can be brought in on friday (almost all day but NOT after 17.30h.) and both saturday and sunday from 8.30h.-9.30h. The venue opens to the public at 10.00h.
2) If you REALLY can't make friday or saturday morning, we will have a "window" to move cabs in between 12.30-13.00h.
3) closing time on both saturday and sunday is 17.30h. Cabs can be removed immediately after closing time.
We hope that we have accommodated both the Eurocade visitors and the public in this way.
Another important point: the machines are insured by Sound & Vision for any molest in the almost unthinkable situation that this should happen. Of course this EXCLUDES:
- any damage already on the cabinet before bringing it in
- any defects on the PCB or monitor or other electronics inside the machine that happened during normal use (this is, being powered up and being played for the opening hours of the Experience)
Together with our permanent surveillance of at least two Eurocade crew members within the Theatre 2 room at all times we are positive this gives you the best assurance about the safety of your machines so you can bring them with confidence.
