Hi All And Merry Christmas
I recently did some business with Andreas aka Andy (
http://andysarcade.de/). And when asked about good forums for arcade stuff, he mentioned this one };-P
I'm 37years old and live in a house (with a nice basement for my stuff) with my wife and 3 kids in Vanløse (near Copenhagen), Denmark. I have a cand.scient. degree in mathematics with minor in computer science, and work as a systems developer/programmer.
I have always been interested in electronics and mechanics and have always taken things apart to see and understand how they work. I love to try and repair stuff, do mods etc.
For the last 8 years or so I've been collecting arcade stuff, and since I build my own SuperGun/Testbench (

I have a blog, where I post logs of my repairs, mods, etc.
http://elgensrepairs.blogspot.dk/; feel free to have a look around, and maby subscribe.
I also have a sparetime programming project, where I write my own software for my cheap chinese EPROM-Programmer (a Top2005+), as the included software doesn't use the hardware to the full extent. The project is open source and GPL licenced, so feel free to try it out, if you have a Top2005+ };-P

Btw, my real name is Morten...
I Wish You All A Very Happy New Year
and hope for for many good reads and writes here on the board in the future };-P
