Finally, today i started assembling the cockpit, pretty strait forward, not really hard.... yet..

Here she is, lets see what this odd wrapping hides...

Unwrapped it for the first time since I bought it... It has been in hiding in our garage in GB, and in storage in DK..

Pure 25" Ampliphone Godness.....

Totally rebuild PS... nice and shiny..

Step 2, unwrapped all the pieces, pretty good condition I must say...

But wait, wass passiert hier??!!! looks like repro art!

Ok, back to the cab, a split piece of wood, what to do??

- instead of gluing it back together, and wait countless hours for it to dry, I decided to make some exact copies... Might as well take advantage of the workshop im in

2 minutes later, a perfect replica - even the same color:

The nails and glue that used to hold th base together gave up a looong time ago..

- so glued the pieces back together..

And used a nail gun to keep it in place..

Started mounting the rear end, tough job because you had to screw it to the frame in tuff al most unreachable places..

Both sides done, my lord, it starting to look like something now!!

Speaker-back-support-piece-of-plywood mounted

Right side canopy support mounted, really starts to take shape now!!

And the last picture of todays work (5 hours!!!) beauti!
