Zaccaria Mini/Cabaret Cab
« on: June 13, 2012, 09:38:01 PM »
I picked this up today and thought some of you would like to see it. I haven't ever seen another one.
This is just a quick picture as it arrived, I will be doing a proper examination later so will post more detailed pictures then.

If anyone has any information about this style of Zac cab please let me know  :)

Wow, pretty rare !!! Well that's probably Zacc's version of the cabaret cabinet I do remember seeing them on a flyer IIRC.

I bet Ully would love this. Zaccaria AND wood grain :):):)

Yeah, this one is for Ully for sure with a Mortal Kombat pcb. ;D
I have only seen once a cab like this, has to be a rare one.
Maybe Paul has some more info about this one.

Took lots of pictures, hope you don't mind  ;)

Yeah the Z is drilled. Interesting it has a Pac & paint sticker in there. Graphic is quasar and the control panel is set for 2 buttons so guess it was meant to be for interchangeable games.
The whole quasar graphic is removable so could have been swapped easily.

No pcb, I'm guessing from the label it left the factory as Pac & Paint. It's working too, obviously the switch mode psu is a modern addition. The monitor was wobbling but I remembered to remove the fan and that cleared it up  :)
Need to find the hidden degauss button now to get rid of the purple screen!

Suggestion: remove the dust washer on the top of the CPO. It looks out of place...

I will do  :)
Whole cab is going to be stripped down and cleaned up, and tidy up the wiring.
