There´s definitely something wrong with the PS!, shouldent make that sound! - and i have never seen a power brick like that, looks like an update of the one in my Centipede....:

It´s all in the video, but it´s not working.
Though, there´s light in diode on the main PCB, and there´s neck glow..... but the game dosent start.

The insides from most of the games from that bulk buys are really super clean... but more on that very soon
