I didn't know this one, but I loved it's theme, it is the total copy of Nintendo's Game & Watch Mario Bros, just there are pizzas instead of tiles.

Nintendo always makes the difference. Their characters are so charismatic and expressive... which is obviously not the case for that Pizza 'copy'.
Anyway, still nice for the collection
