The Official Eurocade Roadtrip / Transport Topic

Well, i thought it would be nice to create a dedicated topic where all of us can post theyre story of theyre way to eurocade  ;D

i have multiple transports ;)

As many of you know, my CK lives at my mothers Attic..
So i decided to take it apart, and take the heavy stuff out since i need to carry it two stories down..
(sorry crappy cellphone pics)

backdoor, PCB, CP, coinbucket, monitor, bezel, marquee & transformer removed, those where the more heavy and easy to remove items..




Thanks to my neighbour (helping it carry down), the almost empty shell is safe in my mothers shed right now..



my mother even put some soft "gardenchair" pillows under it, so it does not sit on the bare concrete..
(still need to fix the leg levelers... )  :oops: ;D

What is that building in the back? Nice detailing! Is it wooden strips or brick?
I guess the bottom part still has to be finished?

Began packing today, have some stuff to bring to DK..... first, this G07 Chassis for the Missile Command (bought working, so i hope it does!!!!!)


And something special, look at that nice sauce looking thingy, what could it be???

Target: Donkey Kong & Pacman hilversum
Goal: Andre's place Ridderkerk
Estimated stats: 274 kilometers, 3 hours 30 minutes.
Route:



A. Etienne's Place
B. Etienne's workplace
C. Gyruss's place
D. Andre's Place
E. (Back to A.) Etienne's Place

The leaving stats.




After work i drove to Gyruss, and Andre happened to be there too  :spaceace:
so i let them manouvre the trailer into the narrow place where gyruss lives..  :D




Do I see a pacman there out on the porch ?  ;D




Hmm, does there fit 2 cabinets in that tiny wagon ? 
Lets find out..  ::)




Not only a Pac, but also a DK needs to go to Ridderkerk today...  :P




The pac is onboard, now lets see if there still is place for the DK..  :shock:

Andre will be my "follow car" and from time to time, i called "ground control" to check if everything looked good from the back  8)




After traveling 1 hour at 80 km/h on the cruise control, we made it safe to the destination.  :-*
only the plastic is a little beat up from the wind..  :-\




Lets check the DK..  hmm the tarp has moved a bit, but for the rest everything is fine !   :P




End stats for today when i got back home..
269 Km. driven, and the time i dont want to know  :D
