It already seems to be gone as I cannot find it anymore but it might still be there and it was practically a give-away:
Yesterday there was a Qberts Quest pinball game on Le Bon Coin. Very rare, only 800 built, with all the sounds from the arcade game and a quirky qbert universe playfield layout.

The shape of the cab is much like it then again the bezel seems to be for a vertical monitor....

Then, it's maybe a Galaxian (or Phoenix) clone  .
Otherwise, that's a good looking cab.

really really really nice! strange fact: it is located in exactly the same town in southern france (perpignan) where my space wars came from (but it's a different seller). could have been a nice bundle transport .

just read that there is no upright version of that game, only cockpits were produced! love the looks of the cab, but this one is not for me - promise!

There is a very good reason why it was only a cockpit....would be close to imposible to fit the complicated mechanics in an upright.....

isnt that the cab where the monitor physically moves with the game ?  im sure i picked one up years ago from Northern germany for Cyclo in the UK.....

exactly! some nice videos here and here! amazing technology, but the more technology inside a cab, the more things can fail. btw, love those led laser light effects on the screen ...

first he would have cried, then he would have killed me!

"luckily" there are some heavy scratches on the controls and the displays, otherwise i would be tempted (and of course the price is still steep for a non-working machine, no matter its rarity). hopefully the price doesn't drop!





but no matter what, that machine is a piece of art which deserves to be saved. so please guys, someone go for it!!!
