I want the Namco P1 and P2 buttons from that former Tank Battalion, they must be down in that cab somewhere ;)

Pretty sure that Scramble is a Namco clone cab.  The clones generally had a bunch of carriage bolts around the cabinet, a-la Taito cabinets (see under the CP).

Karateco games and others used that type of cabinet.

Not to say it wouldn't be perfect for a custom project  :)!
