[Berzerk] SCSI cables ?

how many exactly do you need of SCSI cable ? and how many connectors ? , i might have some spare oldfasion 50 pin SCSI cales around here, or do they really have to be brand new ?

No but they have to be of the internal kind. The one's I was planning to get were meant for "SCSI towers" so with 2 external connectors (they look like centronics connectors, you know the old-fashioned one's) but all other connectors were ribbon-type.

a cable with i think 4 connectors i have here around, maybe 2 let me check this week, and ill let you know what i have here in total

this cable i have you can cut in the desired length and just crimp on the connectors
(done this alot in the old days when IDC50 connectors were common on SCSI disks)

I did not have a special tool, but this worked....
