guys, i need some help / input because i'm having some problems with the marquee lighting fixture.
the thing is that it is working, but once i turn off the cab and turn it on later again, it isn't. what i have to do is turn the fluorescent tube by a few millimeters (and sometimes the starter) until the lights come back on. sometimes this takes f-o-r-e-v-e-r to find the right spot. i have already tried it with a different tube, but nothing has changed.
any suggestions?
btw, the ballast is brand new!
