I bet some who replied live in Florida or similar, with rH about 90%...but are freaking out about a quick rinse and rub down.

I'd be tempted to reply that as the cab was built in Ireland (where it rains 364 days a year, the 1 day it doesn't they call it "summer"), that it's built to be waterproof.
