Fact is that I paid Stefan €85 on 20 October for a game which he had on stock and which he was selling on the website of Automatenhandel Lietz.
Fact is that he told me in person on 14 Novemeber that he made a mistake and that he shipped the game to Belgium instead of Holland (although he has my correct address because I already bought more items from him), that the game came back to him and that he shipped it a few days earlier (I guess that means somewhere around 12 November) again, this time to Holland.

Fact is that he told you posted on 8 January that if I would give you the OK (?) he would send it out to me. First, how is this possible, he already send it somewhere around 12 November as he told me. Second, because I don’t want you to get involved, I gave him the OK myself on 13. January. Of course I still haven’t got the game, nor a tracking number.
Fact is that I e-mailed him moreover about this matter and that he doesn’t hardly, or only after a long delay, reply on my e-mails. I e-mailed him a few times after 14 January but I didn’t get a response yet. Nobody can say that I didn't give him the opportunity to give his view on this.
Fact is that I’m not the only victim. I don’t know exactly what en when Muerto bought stuff from Stefan, but did he get it already?
Fact is that don’t want to calm down.
So, all in all fact is that I paid him more than 3.5 months ago, that he more than once told me that he has send or will send the game, that he more than once told me that he would give me a tracking number, that I still do not have the game, that he is a conman.
Ully, You are right about one thing, he has a very strange way of doing business, but conman do. Or do you have another name for it? A swindler? A cheater? Anyway, why should I still be diplomatic, he is a guy to be avoided.
I send him an e-mail yesterday, I gave him the link to this thread, I don’t think that I will ever see my game or money, I will never do business with him again, I will warn arcade fans on other (German) forums, it’s a pity that there is a rotten apple in this small community.
