Erik, you're in a "behind" position because you're not "known" on the German fora while Stefan is.
Let me say that I had 1 positive transaction with Stefan (Meteor) but indeed that was a pick-up.
He was very friendly and he was very friendly at the Daddelparty too. I too have nothing agains the person Stefan.
But the facts are clear enough. Erik tried a zillion times to resolve things. I personally would have stepped in my car LONG before it got to this point.
Stefan caused this shit himself, not anyone else, he should solve it ASAP.
What annoys me is that people cannot post about other people's problems, but that Stefan CAN post about the deal he has with Muerto, while Muerto is NOT able to defend his case !!!! Andreas should measure both to the same standard so he should delete Stefans remarks about Muerto !

I think it's really sad to see it turn into such a mud wrestle. Some people are unwilling to see the facts.
The facts are simple: You run a business. You offer an item up for sale on e-bay. Guy wins item. Guy PAYS item THE NEXT DAY.
Guy NEVER receives anything even after countless e-mails. Who's wrong here..... ?
Interestingly Stefan _did_ reply in an adult way though: He admitted the screwed up, said sorry and paid back (let's hope that is true for once).
Now....there's still Muerto's case...
If he paid back, end of story I guess.
