we are discharging a monitor right now, at this moment.
its the first time.
we heard one click, using the screwdriver with tape and alligator clips technique.
then after 5 minutes, tried it for the second time, not sure if we heard a clip, but the round rubber thing on the monitor got loose. So now it is not connected anymore to the monitor.
the question is, how to be sure that the monitor is discharged?
