After a good inspection and a few minutes of fustration and pushing and pulling finally the thing opened up.
Very simple now that i know how

Just pull up the hendel ALL the way up to release the frontplate, although it doesn't look like a hendel

The wires black, white and green are the powercable wires. Black and white are the same as in The Netherlands brown and blue wire. The green is the same as the green/yellow, the ground wire.
So put a powerplug on those and voila the lightbulb goes on.
The led lamps however is conectted to what DarthNuno said a electronic board which houses in a black box. From there leads a black and red wire and the green which is a ground. Have no idea what voltage so just pluged red in a 5V plug of a computer power supply and poef a smell and probably fried the board

How do you know what the needed voltage is? Is it somehow measurable? Nowhere is it written, not on the case, not on the board.
