I think it's indeed the cab I once had:
It didn't have the damage on the bottom panel. [edit] oh wait, it did, but it was covered by some kind of grey strip...
I just cannot remember where I got it (it was longer ago than I thought, summer of 2008), but I know it wasn't part of the Toy Museum collection.
