OK, I'm back, it's thursday.....where is the good stuff ??

I'll kick off.
Saturday morning 5.30. Erik stayed at our home for the night because I live about 2 hours closer to Calais then Erik.

Of course, we played some games the night before !!!



Here's what would become our "home" for 2 days. An Iveco Daily with a nice 2.3 Turbo Diesel engine. It drove GREAT to be honest.


Turned out Erik and I share about the same driving style. The minus points of the van:
-no handle to climb aboard
-no FREAKING CUPHOLDERS !!! I mean, a work-horse car like this needs CUPHOLDERS !!!

But it drove like a dream. Engine was really powerful and (amazing for a van) there were no rattles, screaches or any other sounds...impressive !

I'm on it, really. But it's quite a bit of work with all those photo's etc. Besides, tomorrow I am busy preparing another road trip, so please have patience for some more days.
