Wanted cab for dragon's lair and space ace, also not working to be sent to Italy.
I am grateful to whoever can give me information on how to find one, or want to sell.

i have a friend in UK called James that has a complete Cinematronics  Dragon's lair for sell.
There is a lot of spare arts included in the sale such as vinyl , side arts, Ldp,  original screens ,discs ....
The cab is in great shape and working with a ldv 1000
He is looking for 1300 pounds

I contacted James about 4 months ago

James do NOT ship the DL, you must go to his house in UK (Bruno's arcade lifestyle method) and pick it up personally

This because he doesn' t want to be involved in the responsability for the shipping

(And he is right)

for that I Know I can assure you ship arcade games is very critic (most of the times games take hits and get broke in some parts - especially in the bottom)


As long as I remember the corner below must be restored, (he loyally said it and was supplying the material but requires restauration in the corners..)

To crate and pallet a normal game from Uk (1,80 cm high, 90 cm depth and 66 cm large) is about 150-170 GBP

To ship a pallet from Uk to Italy is about 150-180 euro+ vat (Iva) without Insurance

With insurance 200-250 euros + vat

Delivery is at ground level (piano terra) NO LIFT (non te lo portano in casa al 2ndo piano per intenderci)

LIFT for 1 cab (up to 4th floor - fino al quarto piano) is about 200 euro + Iva

Ps= Dexter's solution is the most less expensive solution for any DL fan, no doubt.

Unfortunately I have the big problem that I lack the space to physically build it.
And not having much experience in carpentry, I do not know how it can be.

Than take the plans to a cabinet builder (I have more plans if needed) I am sure they'd do a awesome job for a fraction of the price of importing one

I agree with dexter,

importing is very expensive and quite tricky especially if not expert in Arcade shippings (crate, pallet, vat, customs.. massimo (500 miles) was extremely tired of that today)

A good plan with a near wood maker will make the same for a very reasonable price.
