Lol, 020.... nobody knows what you guys are talking about...

020 is the prefix you need to use to dial a phone number in our capital city. It is used as a "code" by those who prefer not to pronounce the name of that city

Why this is our capital city is still beyond me, because our government doe not reside there. Every country has it's capital where the government resides. Man, when I grew up Bonn (of all German places) was capital of West-Germany !
Our government resides in The Hague and as such it should be the capital IMHO...
Anyway, it's the term (mostly) Rotterdam people use to refer to Amsterdam and the football team from that city

I'm not that much of a die-hard but I still think it's fun to use to tease people

Oh, and Rotterdam has 010, which clearly indicated which city was most important to have a phone connection to back when phones started to get around
