Remember that the parts that look 100% flat on Atari cabs are usually not vinyl but Formica like stuff.
Yep, I was mistaken with that. And the vinyl that you show looks pretty good.
Last week I got a formica sample, but also not complete flat, it comes close though. I asked about complete flat formica, and they can do complete flat formica (from the brand formica I mean), but that will be a customer manufacturing order. And then we are speaking Big Bucks!
Maybe another brand? Does someone has an idea, or access to a manufacturer?
