Looks like it may have TTL RGB out the patch lead but there seems to be very little in the way of "usual" video TTL (might be very simple bitmap video). No obvious audio. Search of the PCB label didn't turn up anything (and I don't yet have an EPROM programmer set up to read the EPROMS). Doesn't seem to be a member of a multiple PCB set since there are no other off board connectors except the edge connector.
Suspect it's Japanese origin because all the IC's are Japanese manufacturers.
Don't want to scrap it for the parts without knowing what it is first...
