Galaxian 3, WITH 3D EFFECTS!!!!

Just some random idea I came up with a couple of weeks ago. I started imagining how to get Galaxian 3 to work with 3D effects powered by RealD 3D. Not sure if an idea like this can work, cause I'm certain it would be hard to modify a ROM (or LD) to feature 3D effects.

Sure, it would be awesome to have a Galaxian3 ...in real 3D, but the only way to see that would be a native re-writing of the game, which sounds impossible (not technically but financial/interest of course  ). There's no miracle... create 3D from a 2D source doesn't work well of course  But who knows? If I win the euro million, I may finance that project with Namco

if the source and angles are sharp,  the parallax in 3D can be good !

that make years that some "3D encoders" exist... passthru realtime, or some software...
