I think they are too low.
You could test/change the capacitors c29 / c26.

They are certainly old and don't do their job..

I didnt know about the RAM problems, but I needed a Missile command trackball repair kit and they were the only one to sell this..

I ordered one 'deluxe set' 8 days ago and just received it today.
Everything is ok for me so..

Just my experience..
