I finally replaced all of the electrolytic capacitors on the monitor board but the same thing happens is their anything else that could be the problem

I just noticed some mystery wires that aren't connected to anything and I currently have little idea where they go if anyone has an idea could they post it

Technical Area / Need help with Space Invaders Part 2

I'm currently fixing my space invaders part 2 I already replaced all of the bad fuses and the power supply.
I also blew out most of the dust and cleaned most of the dust off the boards.
Currently It will turn on and several white lines will appear on the screen and then fade away after a minute or so.
I'm currently unsure whether I need to replace my monitor or what I should do.
If any one could lend some assistance that would be great I'm still new to fixing games so anything helps.

I tried to take picture of my problems but they didn't show up that well.

Hey everyone I'm new to arcade cabinets just thought i'd join to maybe pick up some tips on fixing my Space Invaders part 2 cocktail cabinet. I'm still In high-school and managed to pick this table up for cheep so if anyone can lend some assistance to an inexperienced kid that would be great.

On a side not my favorite game is Street Fighter 2
