Did you "white spirit" the base wood before applying the first coat? That removes any dust particles.

Blanol, nice to see appreciation of the widescreen pan. It is indeed something special....
Getting a hi-res picture will be difficult it's all enclosed within the frame and trying to get a scan from behind glass won't give the greatest effect (plus I don't have a scanner lol). I'll see what I can do.
Yeah Lee was there when I finally got Jason to part with it.... and subsequently offered a higher price lol! Luckily the deal was struck and I dont know how serious you were Lee

With the re-release of Clash Of The Titans, we were discussing at work classic fantasy films. Someone mentioned a film from 1981, Dragonslayer.... Now here is the cover for that film:
Now, does anyone recognise that font?!?! That film was released in 1981, 2 years before Dragon's Lair. Who copied who?!?

The jewel/gem running down the road (29) thought it was diamond run, and the car with the "D" (#55) are really bugging me!
