Title: A couple of new games...
Post by: Muerto on July 01, 2013, 05:44:11 PM
Received these by road trip last weekend.
The AD plays blind, but with neck glow - maby a cap kit is in order??!!!! (which monitor BTW??)

The Neo Geo keeps blowing the PS 5A fuse, maby the monitor is bust??

And a lovely little PC10 card... Overall a good weekend  :) .. That was game 37 and 38, when I hit 40, the collection stops!

Monitor in AD G05-802 probably. Cap kit won't fix non-worker.

Nice score, I love the cab, especially the half-mirror effect. not so much the game, still think the original is better, but you can run that in there too with a small mod IIIRC.

If you sell your Mortal Kombat, you will have one more space for a real videogame. ;D
Nice catch btw., both looks nice. ;)

Yeah - Asteroids in Asteroids DLX is almost plug and play. Rotate Left / Rotate Right are switched. Plus, you press Player 1 start to coin up, and drop a coin to Start the game .... Weird, but doable without any hacks.

And I thought having 2 ICB's was a waste of space.... :P

Says the guy with 2 galaxians!  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;)

Mmmmm, let me consider that for a moment.

Two Galaxians that are totally different so that's not a comparison....

Nice video I just came across and hadn't seen before. Shows the focus group and field testing by Atari. AD was the subject at the moment and the guy at 3.10 nails it ;)

I bet Atari released the easier ROM version after this....which still gets hard too quickly IMHO.

I love the blue overlay and the 3D set-up of the whole screen area. Maybe the best one ever.

How many time has the "the end" screen of Missile Command been conveniently used to end an arcade documentary?  :P
