He can't pay using PayPal as it isn't available in his country. So I accepted it, recieving money is ok, its the sending that is the scam as there is no protection In getting your money back.

I pm'd you. I only got the Western Union on Friday and it didn't go into my bank until Saturday.

I have arranged DHL to pickup the package to ship to you for this Saturday..
