Title: My attic/garage/yard/boot sale...whatever....
Post by: level42 on February 28, 2011, 02:05:54 PM
Started cleaning out my attic and I will be looking at getting rid of some interesting and some less interesting stuff.

I'm going to list them here anyway, let me know if your interested. I will put prices on them as that is often asked for.

First: set of 18 pcs. NH1 nixie tubes (imported fresh with love from Russia).
Wanted to build a clock with them but I'm pretty sure I will never have the time for it....
If you want to know what a Nixie tube is look at my avatar ;)

Special offer all 18 of them for 50 Euro's.   Sold (IF available !!) for  each elsewhere:
http://www.sphere.bc.ca/test/nixies.html

Here's a page with a schematic and ready to make print design:

And maybe there are even cheaper alternatives that can do the same thing..

Hmmm, not likely. The Nixies require pretty high voltages.
But as mentioned, I lack the time...

Next up is for hard-core DreamCast fans:

A Japanese guide to Samba de Amigo. Not the goofy Wii version of course, the real cake. Learn all the moves for the various songs !!!

Mint !

Samba de Amigo book is pending.

New items !!!

One switching power supply. Brand Melcher (one of the best).

Input: 85-132V AC or 170-265V AC (or even 230-330C DC, but where are you going to find that ;) )
Output: 15V DC 7 Amps.

NOS. Never used, has been in my possession since it was new. Works 100%.

20 Euro.

1x Ultimarc Opti-Pac.

This can be used to connect an arcade trackball or spinner (Atari, Suzo, Wico) to a PC using RS-232 ports.

Tested this once and it worked fine. Nice for a MAME set-up, but you can also use it "just" as a mouse controller.

10 Euro.

Not sure if he needs 15V ?

Of course regulators can be used to lower the voltage if needed.

Number of Atari ST books DUTCH !:

Atari ST Peeks & Pokes
Platine Atari ST (was a program to design PCB's, very cool then ! :)
Atari ST Omikron Basic

Extra nice: Jaarboekje Computer '85 with info about Atari 600XL/800XL, C64, Spectrum Contains all port info and a number of listings for the various computers.
Nice collector's item, want a decent price for that or I'll keep it ;)

Haha, amazing what's coming from my attic that I forgot about....com'on no bidders ? ;) The books go VERY cheap :)

More stuff !

Estafette DOS transmitter/receiver combo's. Including power supplies. 2 sets tested working, 1 has some hacking done and doesn't seem to work.
The transmitters are neck-chain type transmitters with a push-button. The receivers are wall-mount (if needed) and provide a momentary NO contact (closes for about 10 seconds when activated).

Uses 30 Mhz band.

Mark's bed, Samba de Amigo book, Ultimarc Optipac are all SOLD (thank you Marktplaats !)

Atari Omikron book is reserved.

I found some arcade related stuff:

4x circular speaker covers (plastic)
4x "cab handles", to built into the back of a cab to make it easier to drag along
More parts to follow...
