i'd love to add one of those huge bulky rowe change machines (bc-25 / bc-35) to my collection one day, but i guess chances of finding one over here in europe are non-existent, simply because they are setup for american dollars, right? would be a blast to set them up on "free play" to dispense tokens at the push of a button!
i'm just curious: has anyone of you ever come across a machine like that?

I've seen ones very similar to the bottom one on eBay but they were usually quite expensive.

thx etienne, but wisselautomat sounds horrible. there is an animal called "wiesel" in germany, every single time i were to use the wisselautomat, i would think of that animal :P

A change machine is a really nice item in a gameroom, that is my opinion too. :)
i have a german change wallmachine from the 1950s, manufactured from wiegandt berlin. it is a changer from 1 DM to 10 Pfennig. For my old wallmachines the nicest solution.
i have upload a picture from a good friends gameroom with same machine (on the left side in pic). unfortunately i don´t have a picture from my change machine at this moment. :-\

I've found a little change machine in a ware house, I've bought some coin op and the operator give me it free.
I hope I will use it one day in a future game room :)

Hey Ully, I just got back from a sweet trip to england picking up one of my dream cab (more on that next week ;)).
I found this change machine laying at the seller's place and picked it up for you (if you like it, not sure it's retro enough).
It's huge and quite heavy (you can tell the approximate size by comparing with the monitor sitting on the floor).
I also picked up the red door and the inside metal boxes (not pictured).

nope, i don't! and i could kick myself in the butt because i missed out on a rowe change machine (with german stickers) just recently because of a stupid input mistake i made :( it went for a little more than 60 euros - damn! it was fully working :'(
i'd still like to get the one from chris, but a rowe change machine is my ultimate goal!

I could bring it to eurocade if you have a large van.
Again I know there's a lot of work on it so if you change your mind about it, no problem at all.
I quite like the look of the one Etienne just found.

Did you know I can act as a change machine too ? Put in 100 Euro bill and you got 10 Euros in coins.
