These are found on the backs of Cinematronics Dragons Lair to the right of the metal fan cover. Useually damaged I am getting a run of them done (want one for myself anyway). If anybody is interested they are £6.50 shipped each.
They are printed on 1mm white sticky backed plastic just like the original. Text font and placement is identical to the original.
