Title: Making super mario bros (mini)

i've been inspired by this thread: https://www.dragonslairfans.com/smfor/index.php?topic=1293.0 - so im going to make my own mini cabs out of balsa wood - they wont be as good as those, or as detailed but hey its me here!

Heres how its looking so far, once its complete im going to get some model paint to touch it up, I also plan on adding small buttons and joysticks.

(until i get my webspace sorted i'll need to use flickr)

pretty much complete, all is needed is to make buttons and joysticks and to touch it up when i get the paint - not too bad for a first attempt at wood modelling!!

Nice result for being your first attempt... maybe the edges could be more "controlled", but not bad, not bad ...

Yes, the edges were smoother until i made the mistake of touching them with sandpaper!!!
